Preacher's Translation:

The humble brother should continue to glory in his high position: and the wealthy brother should glory in his humble position. For he shall come and go as fast as the flowers of the grass. For the sun rises up with scorching heat and withers the grass so that the flower falls off, and all of its beauty disappears. In exactly the same way, the wealthy will wither away as they walk through their comings and goings.

“And if any one of you is lacking in wisdom, he should keep on asking God, who gives sincerely without finding fault; and God will give that person wisdom. But it is crucial that he ask for wisdom in Faith, not with divided attention caused by doubt. For the one who doubts resembles rough water on the sea which is moved around by the wind and becomes all topsy-turvy. For that doubting person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord, for that man is double-hearted (ie. Double-willed), unstable in all his ways."

Translation of James 1:2-4

"Make a choice to consider it all joy, my brothers, whenever you fall into different kinds of tests. Because we know that the testing of your faith results in endurance. And endurance must produce a final product, so that you may be perfectly completed, not lacking in anything."

This study in our series "The Seven People You Will Meet on the Way to Heaven" we explore the group called "The Missing". Jesus describes these people in his parable of the Sower and the Seed. There are three kinds of spiritually missing persons and each needs to be viewed and cared for differently.
